All billing and shipping information is verified prior to the order being processed. You will be contacted via email if your information cannot be verified. Positive One shall not be liable for any delay in the delivery or shipment of goods. Positive One is not responsible or liable for any damages incurred from a particular shipping company. We are happy to provide any information needed for you to make a claim. You will incur an additional $15.00 charge for any returned packages by our carrier because of an invalid shipping address. Additional shipping charges apply if returned packages are re-shipped. Please make certain that the shipping information you provide is accurate and complete.
We ship domestically via the United States Postal Service and internationally via FedEx. Our rates are based on your location, the weight of your package, and the shipping method that you choose. To calculate the cost of shipping for your order, put in your address during checkout and click continue. The available shipping options to your address will be
displayed with their price.

Return & Exchange Policy:
You may NOT return your merchandise unless the product is defective. Positive One does not guarantee the exchange or credit for a defective item. If the shirt is damaged with a stain, rip, or tear and the item is returned within 30 days of receipt, Positive One will consider an exchange or refund. In the case of a refund, customer will NOT receive the five dollars that was donated from their purchase. Repack the item(s) in the bag your order was shipped in, and return the package to Positive One P.O. Box 870291 Stone Mountain GA 30087. POSITIVE ONE will reimburse shipping charges only on items declared defective (up to $7.00). Therefore, exchanges will not be granted if you order the wrong size. Make sure you thoroughly research, check, double check, and ask plenty of questions to make sure that you are ordering the correct fit.
If returning or exchanging an item, all items must include the original sales receipt and packaging. Items must be in "clean, new, unwashed, unaltered and unused condition" with all tags, and must not be a special order or a custom order. If you plan to return your clothing, please keep it clean. Returned items smelling of smoke, containing pet and/or human hair, or being deemed by Positive One as previously worn or tampered with will not be accepted. Once the clothing has been worn and/or washed, it cannot be returned or exchanged.
Refunds are contingent upon inspection of item(s) once we receive it.
There is a 15% restocking fee for returned items that are not being exchanged and are not damaged.
Again you MUST contact us within 30 days if you intend to return ANY item back to our store. Items returned to us AFTER 30 days and WITHOUT contacting us will NOT be refunded.
Customer is responsible for all shipping costs if seller is not at fault.
CLAIMS: Claims for an item received damaged or incorrectly shipped by us must be made within 24 hours of receipt by contacting Customer Support immediately. The seller cannot be responsible for shortages when shipments are directed to a third party. Positive One reserves the right to make the final decision as to how to resolve any claim. See RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY section for guidelines.
